400gr WFN Hollow Point 45-70 plain base cast bullets

Bought 500 unsized without lube then powder coated and sized to .459. I used these for my suppressed Tromix .458 Socom pistol (10.5) at 1090FPS. Due to the bullet profile they had to be seated pretty deep but they functioned fine. Accuracy was acceptable. I shot one round into water to check subsonic expansion. The bullet shed all of the hollow
point and the shank continued approximately 4 feet before hitting the dirt. In my opinion it’ll make a great inexpensive expanding subsonic load. Does a number to pumpkins too.

Shipping Delay

Hurricane Helene has taken it's toll on our location. The storefront is now only accepting orders for in stock items only with no phone orders. Lead alloys and .458 Socom brass is all that will be in stock until we are caught up.

We are still experiencing delays shipping due to the high volume of orders we have been receiving for over 4 years. We are currently at a slow production due to recent/continuing health issues and offering a full refund to customers with orders from March - September 2024.
