Shipping Information
We ship via USPS Priority mail only to the address supplied. Any orders returned as "Undeliverables" or "return to sender" will be charged additional postage.
Small boxes will usually hold about 500 cast lead bullets and the medium box will hold about 2000 cast lead bullets but vary by weight.. We pack very securely to make sure your bullets arrive in the same condition as when they were shipped. Prices include insurance.
USPS Priority Mail Rates
At this time we charge the following rates for fully insured Priority Mail shipping:
- $10.95 up to 15 pounds shipping weight
- $18.95 Above 15 pounds up to 60 pounds shipping weight
Returns
We are proud of our bullets and guarantee you will too or we will refund your purchase price less shipping and processing fees for their return. You must get a return merchandise authorization (RMA) before sending them back which can be issued through our Contact
Us form. You have 2 weeks from receipt of the item to file for a RMA. This offer does NOT apply to custom sized bullets and must be received in the condition we send them in. Must be packaged tightly and securely.
Cancellations
All cancellations will incur a 10% charge to cover processor charges and restocking materials for the order as well as all the administrative time to remove the order from the order list, shipping software and ETA estimator..Cancellation requests must be done through the contact us page logged into your account or verification purposes. Cancellations are only available for orders that have not been started on. Anyone filling a dispute or charge back will incur a $30 fee that we are accessed. If you want a refund all you have to do is request one.
